Free DNC Scrubber
What is a DNC scrubber?
Thousands upon thousands of professional TCPA plaintiffs and attorneys populate the dynamic database known as DNC Scrubber. The DNC Lookup is a powerful shield, an automated outbound and inbound data scrubbing tool that prevents our users from making a single call that could end in disaster.
The DNC Lookup significantly lowers the risk of TCPA lawsuits, but it does not completely eliminate that risk. Should a lawsuit come your way or even pose a threat.
Why is the DNC Lookup important?
DNC Lookup is a way of identifying numbers that have signed up to be on the federal, state, or Direct Marketing Association’s DNC lists. You could easily dial phone numbers listed on any of the lists without conducting a DNC lookup, putting your organization at risk for fines and penalties. Whether the call was made on purpose or by mistake, it is irrelevant.
By checking your data against the DNC list, you can ensure that you are removing any possible complainants from your records.
What is the TCPA?
Passed into law by Congress in 1991 and overseen by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) is the primary federal law governing telephone solicitations, including all manner of telephone, fax, and text message solicitations.
Remove TCPA litigators and serial plaintiffs from your lists by using the DNC scrubber.
We offer our DNC Lookup service as an API to conduct a DNC check at the point of entry on web forms and apps, or as a batch service to instantly scrub existing lists. We update our service daily and provide accurate information.

Does TCPA apply to text messages?
Yes. The TCPA applies to texts just as much as it applies to voice calls. To send a customer a text, you must have prior express written consent and a current business relationship. Recipients must also be able to opt out of texts whenever they wish.
